The Role

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our industrial clients, ensuring their supply chain needs are met with precision and reliability. You will own the relationship lifecycle from contract signing through long-term partnership.

What We Are Looking For

• Account Ownership: Manage strategic relationships with utilities, steelmakers, and cement manufacturers across Asia and the Middle East.
• Operational Coordination: Liaise between trading desk, logistics team, and clients to ensure shipments are delivered to spec.
• Commercial Insight: Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through additional product lines or term contracts.

The Right Candidate Will Have

• Industry Experience: 3+ years in commodities trading, logistics, or industrial sales.
• Communication Excellence: Strong written and spoken English; additional languages a plus.
• Detail Orientation: Comfort working with quality specs, contract terms, and Incoterms® 2020.
